Death of New York teen caused by medical malpractice

New York man arraigned regarding fatal accident charges

A New York man was indicted for vehicular manslaughter (felony) and possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor). This comes after his arrest for involvement in a fatal accident in 2015 that left a woman dead. The defendant has since been remanded to the county jail in Ulster. If convicted, he could face a substantial prison term. 

New York man charged with DWI, manslaughter after fatal accident

A New York man's alleged drunk driving recently resulted in a two-car collision in Colesville. The fatal accident left one man dead and his wife injured. The driver of the vehicle that police say caused the crash is now facing vehicular manslaughter and DWI charges.
